Martin Moshal
Founder and Philanthropist
Martin is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Entrée Capital, which invests in numerous technology companies and in business innovation worldwide. He is also an active investor in leading real estate, technology and startup projects. Martin studied Business Science at the University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa. He holds an honorary doctorate from the Technion in Haifa and an honorary fellowship from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Yael Lavie
Co-Founder and Program Chairperson
As chairperson and cofounder of the Bar-Lev Hi-Tech Park and the Moshal Program, as well as a board member of the Maoz non-profit organization, Yael leverages her substantial expertise and business experience to bring about social impact.
Yael works to achieve intergenerational social mobility, doing everything in her power to create opportunities that effect real change. Thanks to her focused vision and practical approach, Yael turns the Program’s goals into reality, leading it toward excellence.
Yael has a BA in Economics and Management and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. She has accrued over 30 years of experience in the international business and real estate worlds and has served in senior positions in the banking sector in Zurich and London.
Tali Barash-Bouskila
CEO
Tali came to the Moshal Program following a successful investment career and having served in senior executive positions at some of the world’s leading investment banks.
Alongside managing the Program’s work in Israel and South Africa, Tali also brings her unique business DNA to the Program: a passion for excellence across the board, creativity and a combination of in-depth business savvy and a holistic social perspective – just the right combination for making the world a better place.
Tali has an MBA from Harvard University, a Master’s in Education Systems and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya.).

Nokuthula Zama
Country Manager South Africa
Nokuthula Zama rejoined the Moshal Program in September 2023, as Country Manager for South Africa. She previously worked with the Moshal Program until 2021, as Head of Psycho-Social Support. She has over 16 years of experience in the youth support and development sector and holds a BA in Industrial Psychology and Sociology from WITS, a BA Honours in Industrial Psychology from UNISA, and a Master of Philosophy in Organisational Psychology from UCT.
Nokuthula's remarkable career is a testament to the power of determination, hard work, consistency, resilience, and a deep commitment to personal growth and development. She is excited to lead our diverse team of dedicated individuals and looks forward to driving socio-economic transformation through education and making a positive impact in South Africa.
