Martin Moshal
Founder and Philanthropist
Martin is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Entrée Capital, which invests in numerous technology companies and in business innovation worldwide. He is also an active investor in leading real estate, technology and startup projects. Martin studied Business Science at the University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa. He holds an honorary doctorate from the Technion in Haifa and an honorary fellowship from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Co-Founder and Program Chairperson
As chairperson and cofounder of the Bar-Lev Hi-Tech Park and the Moshal Program, as well as a board member of the Maoz non-profit organization, Yael leverages her substantial expertise and business experience to bring about social impact.
Yael works to achieve intergenerational social mobility, doing everything in her power to create opportunities that effect real change. Thanks to her focused vision and practical approach, Yael turns the Program’s goals into reality, leading it toward excellence.
Yael has a BA in Economics and Management and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. She has accrued over 30 years of experience in the international business and real estate worlds and has served in senior positions in the banking sector in Zurich and London.

Ohad Gross
Global CEO & Managing Director – Israel Program
After a distinguished 25-year career in the high-tech industry in Israel and the USA, where he led and developed businesses, Ohad joined the Moshal Program. In his global management role, Ohad is passionate about steering the Moshal Program towards its strategic objectives and significant growth.
He sees the graduates and students of Moshal as exemplars of determination, motivation, and capability, who play a crucial role in the future leadership of society and industry. At Moshal, our mission is to provide them with the ideal support to help them break through the glass ceiling.

Lungile Zakwe
Country Managing Director
Lungile is a values driven leader with deep experience across education, public health, and civil society, and a strong track record in organisational leadership, strategy, and operational excellence.
She is passionately committed to expanding access to education and to ensuring that students complete their studies and transition into meaningful careers. Lungile sees education as a foundation for dignity, agency, and long term social mobility, and believes in the role of alumni communities in sustaining impact and paying it forward.
In her role, Lungile focuses on strengthening the Moshal Program’s impact by centering students, enabling strong career and alumni outcomes, building a high performing team, and deepening partnerships that drive long term growth and sustainability.
