Administrator

The Moshal Program, a leading global social transformation organisation, is looking for an administrator who will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks, providing support to the entire Moshal Program team, and ensuring efficiency in the operations of the program.

The Moshal Program is dedicated to empowering individuals through higher education. Our mission is to bridge the gap between challenging pasts and promising futures. We focus on selecting promising individuals who would otherwise lack access to higher education opportunities. Role

The key areas of responsibility for this role include:

(1) Team Support
  • Provide administrative support as required by the team, including setting up meetings with students and alumni, sending financial support, vacation work arrangements, transport arrangements for interviews etc.
  • Contribute to strengthening the Moshal Program’s brand among students, alumni and
    partner networks through coordination of all communication including newsletters,
    announcements etc.
  • Collaborate with the program’s team members, including communications, marketing,
    careers and program coordinators, to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Participate in team workshops and meeting and contribute to the development of new
    initiatives and campaigns
  • Organise training for Moshal scholars and alumni as per direction provided by the team
(2) Events
  • Provide support for various activities and events including induction weekends, annual events, speaker panels, and other activities both regionally and nationally.
  • Liaise with the team and different service providers/suppliers for the planned events
  • Work closely with the branding team to finalise branding (design and orders) ahead of events
  • Provide support for transport arrangements for students, alumni and service providers etc.
  • Where required, attend events, outreach activities, conferences, and meetings to represent
    the Moshal Program and cultivate partnerships.
(3) Administrative Support
  • Issue team meeting agendas and minutes for the team meetings
  • Ensure the students’ data and academic performance information is obtained from students
    and universities, and included in the CRM as required for tracking and monitoring purposes
  • Provide support for team with internal and external meeting, as required
  • Ensure databases stay updated including team birthdays, contact details, leave submission
    etc.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Evidence of strong administrative ability
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills across a range of audiences, including facilitation of meetings
    (virtual and in-person)
  • An ability to work in a team and show initiative and agility
  • Ability to prioritize and a willingness to help
  • A self-motivated person who focuses on goals and deliverables
  • Strong storytelling abilities and a passion for making a difference.

Terms

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree
  • At least five years of experience as an administrator
  • A valid driver’s licence

Terms

  • Local and occasional overseas travel required.
  • Full home office setup provided.
