As the Administrator at Moshal Program, you will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks, providing support to the entire MP team, and ensuring efficiency in the operations of the program.

The key areas of responsibility for this role include:

(1) Administrative Support
  • Coordinate team meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes write ups and distribution;
  • Ensure the students’ data and academic performance information is obtained from students and universities, and captured on the CRM for tracking and monitoring purposes;
  • Ensure databases stay updated including team birthdays, contact details, leave submission etc.
(2) Team Support
  • Provide administrative support as required by the team, including setting up meetings with students and alumni, vacation work arrangements, transport arrangements for interviews etc;
  • Provide support for the team with internal and external meetings and arranging travel for scholars and alumni, as required;
  • Coordinate workshops, training, and meetings between MP scholars and alumni with external organisers;
  • Contribute to strengthening the Moshal Program’s brand among students, alumni and partner networks through coordination of all communication including newsletters, announcements etc.;
  • Collaborate with the program’s team members, including marketing and branding, careers, alumni and program coordinators, to ensure a cohesive approach;
  • Participate in team workshops and meeting and contribute to the development of new initiatives and campaigns;
  • Organise training for Moshal scholars and alumni as per direction provided by the team.
(3) Events
  • Provide support for various activities and events including induction weekends, annual events, speaker panels, and other activities both regionally and nationally;
  • Liaise with the team and different service providers/suppliers for the planned events;
  • Work closely with the branding team to finalise marketing and branding (design and orders) ahead of events;
  • Arrange transport for students, alumni and service providers etc. for all events;
  • Serve as the point of contact between team member and travel agent/s;
  • Arrange and track large group travel logistics;
  • Where required, attend events, conferences, and meetings to represent the Moshal Program and cultivate partnerships.

Candidate Profile

  • Relevant qualifications e.g. Administrative management, Office Administration etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience;
  • Excellent MS Office Skills;
  • Evidence of strong administrative ability;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills across a range of audiences, including facilitation of meetings (virtual and in-person);
  • An ability to work in a team and show initiative and agility;
  • Ability to prioritize and a willingness to help;
  • A self-motivated person who focuses on goals and deliverables;
  • Strong storytelling abilities and a passion for making a difference.


  • Direct reporting to the Country Manager, working as part of the MP team;
  • Local and occasional overseas travel required;
  • Full home office setup provided;
