Role
The Head of Student Coordinators will have four key performance areas:
- Successfully leading the recruitment of students into the program, from the exposure stages to their entry into the program.
- Overall responsibility for accompanying students until the successful completion of their
studies, including their active participation in workshops, mentoring, events, and all program
requirements. - Building a team of coordinators who work as a unified unit, emphasising teamwork toward a
shared goal, creating a productive work atmosphere, and fostering mutual support—while
ensuring the effective management and professional development of the student
coordinators, with special attention to staff retention. - Continuous improvement of the tools, processes, and tasks available to students and the
team.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and Developing the Student Coordinator Team
- Meeting Goals and Performance Evaluation
- Recruitment and Onboarding within the Organization
- Approval of Exceptional Budget Requests
- Managing the Student Recruitment Process
- Improving Work Processes and Communication
- Developing and Implementing Student Training
- Long-term Strategic Planning and Crisis Management
- Professional Guidance and Support
- Develop and maintain Internal and External Work Relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Monitoring Trends and Developing Professional Content and Team Resilience
- Ensure quality of Student Support through annual meetings with different student groups,
coordinators, and relevant stakeholders to learn and maintain the quality of support
according to program goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills to directly lead a team, provide continuous feedback, develop team members’ skills, and guide them toward achieving individual and team goals.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen, facilitate, and resolve conflicts
efficiently and professionally. - Understanding of budget and resource management.
- Experience in crisis management and long-term planning, including solution development.
- Ability to prioritize between urgent needs and strategic activities while making quick and
accurate decisions. - Ability to lead and motivate the team not through formal authority but through trust and
empathy, serving as a source of inspiration. - Ability to identify and leverage opportunities to improve work processes, making the team
more efficient and responsive to students’ needs. - Ability to recognize each team member’s personal potential, nurture and develop their
personal and professional skills, and create a work environment that enables everyone to
realize their abilities.
Additional Role Expectation:
- The role is expected to continue serving as a coordinator for a small group of students, ensuring direct contact with students is maintained.
Minimum Candidate Requirements:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree (a master’s degree is an advantage).
- At least 10 years of experience as a student coordinator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel quarterly within country and 1-2 x per year overseas
